Consumer advice officers lend their expertise to resolve problems faced by consumers who have fallen victim to unscrupulous traders… Haruna Hidaka (Keiko Takeshita), who has been in this role for seven years, received a consultation from Hiroe Saijo, a 32-year-old housewife (Azusa Watanabe). Hiroe lives with her husband, Osamu Saijo—a perfectly ordinary office worker—and their two children, making a family of four.
