Overview

In the 1970s, Colonel Moren Brito ran Villa Grimaldi, one of the main torture centers of the DINA, the political police. Today, he leads a discreet life in a residential area of Santiago. But his past is catching up with him. At the local supermarket, he is stopped by one of his former victims. In Chile, as elsewhere, the scars will only heal once justice has been served.
