Overview

The nations of Europe are at war. In Scarborough Harbor, in what is now the Caribbean nation of Trinidad and Tobago, French and Dutch fleets struggle to dominate the New World. Three centuries later, all that's left are the remains of sunken battleships and memories of the dead.
