Overview

Twelve participants are sent to the Arctic, where they will not only have to withstand the harsh climate and everyday challenges, but also compete for the opportunity to sign a real contract with a large Russian company. Every day they will solve new tasks: build tourist camps, clean trails, extract water, learn how to work in a team and make decisions.
