Overview

Here by the water, a region of the New World is being affected by a wave of supernatural attacks. Faced with the silence of the gods, a shaman awakens the Agüizotes, binding together the destinies of Nacü, Catalina, Yahuar and Güegüe. Together, they form a resistance that knows and confronts diverse entities of the region, such as the Clanics, the Ancestrals, pagan gods, the Celestials, and other Agüizotes, while also dealing with oppressive tyrants, guardian witches, hordes of goblins, spectral guides, and territorial guardians. In this fight for survival, the four protagonists experience betrayals, turbulent journeys through portals, devastating losses that confront them with their own guilt, and epic battles in an unstable environment marked by the most destructive states of water.

In a devastated colonial Nicaragua, the Spanish colonizers possessed by the Celestials, under the command of Lucifer (Pedrarias Dávila) and his followers Belial (Gil González Dávila), Asmodeus (Francisco Hernández de Córdoba), and Ilinca, a Romanian witch raised by him, subjugate the peoples and dry up the rivers. In the face of the silence of the pagan gods, causing a shaman to awaken the Agüizotes. Destiny binds him to the Cursed Rider Yahuar, Nacü, the cunning Güegüe, and later to Catalina de Córdoba to travel a journey in search of liberation. They will reach the domains of the Black Cadejo, corrupted by Spanish malice, under the shadow of the White Cadejo, to later find La Cegua (Sihuehuet) and arrive at the Apoyo Lagoon, governed by the witch Atzin, meet King Chonco, Largo, and Cipote, and the Nagua Cart, where the driver Osium (Osi) confronts them with their own guilt before guiding them toward the dangerous definitive confrontation of the great alliance.
