Overview
When Warden Cruz (Baldo Marro) assumes office, the penitentiary brims with diplomacy and fairness, which is very much unlike the situation prior to the warden's appointment. Unfortunately, Warden Cruz accidentally kills an unreasonably persistent suitor of his wife.
